As such, no information may be shared with any other individual or organisation without our express written permission. This also applies to templates, planning documents and process documentation. Obviously materials we produce for you that are intended to be distributed, such as promotional and advertising materials, are excluded.

Referrals
Being a service company, referrals from delighted customers are the key to our future success and a referral to another person or organisation is the best compliment you can give us. When we have completed our agreed program, we will ask you for some feedback - all in the interest of ongoing improvement. This feedback process will also give you the opportunity to provide the names of a few people that also may be interested in our services. If you do give us some referrals, we ask that you let them know you've done so. This way, when we contact them they have some understanding as to why. Further, if they too choose to avail themselves of our services you will get a 20% discount off your next program with us.
