Why is building a team just like creating a great sparkling wine?
To me the answer is simple. It all starts with the vines. You have to grow them; you have to tend to their every need; you have to protect them from the enemy (birds, frost, etc); you have to check on them on a regular basis early in life; you have to feed them or at the very least make sure they the right type of soil in which to grow and grow well.
